The University of the Region of Joinville – Univille. Pioneer in higher education in the main city of the state of Santa Catarina. A privileged place for permanent education, from elementary school to undergraduate and graduate courses. It is a space for articulation among teaching, research and continuing education. With headquarters in Joinville, São Bento do Sul and São Francisco do Sul, Univille enables the contact with multiple areas of knowledge, either in classrooms, laboratories or inside the community.

 

It is teaching by means of innovating learning practices, that fosters research, that generates solutions and results and which reaches out to the community through extension courses, the contact of the teacher and the university student with the citizens. These exchanges enable teachers and students to break down the frontiers of Santa Catarina and Brazil establishing a relationship with other cultures, linking the contents with the areas of knowledge that exist at Univille.
